CAN BLOGGER BECOME A PROMISING PROFESSION?
The answer can be yes or no, here I will try to share from my own perspective as a blogger who has had a blog for almost a year.
When asked whether blogger full-time income can be sufficient to live and become a profession (purely from blogs), my answer is "no" in the short term, but "yes" in the long run.
Many are sure to wonder whether this blogging can really live and how long it takes to reach the number of millions / month. Of course we need a realistic range of numbers, not just info that is not clear, which can only indicate this blogger's income tens / hundreds of millions per month.
Frankly this blog itself does not have fantastic traffic and income, unlike other bloggers who "say" can generate hundreds of millions every month, it can even be said that this blog income has absolutely no meaning (still loose change).
Instead of wanting to frighten but a blog that can succeed (for life) it takes years (ANNUAL, not monthly), if it's fast then a year has started to produce enough, while others may take 1.5-2 years or even some more than 2 years. This is only an estimate, in fact it might be faster or longer, depending on the ability of the blogger.
So it's not the blog that produces, but only as a bridge for other sources of income (at first), after your blog starts to get a lot of traffic then you can change the strategy and start generating from these blogging activities.
I think there are 3 important keys in the success of a blogger (based on the most important priority order), namely:
- Content
- Marketing
- Monetize
There are bloggers who are good at making articles but cannot market them well, on the contrary there are bloggers who are good at marketing content but cannot create quality writing. Then there are bloggers who can create quality content and are good at marketing it to get lots of traffic but don't know how to monetize their blogs properly.
All three keywords search volume database must run harmoniously, quality content must be marketed in a good way so that it can be monetized properly. The problem is that the more competitive the day the blog gets, why?
Because every day there are millions of published posts on the internet, thousands of Indonesian bloggers are competing to create content from any niche and topic to get traffic, now blogs are no longer just hobbies but businesses with a myriad of potential and future.
