In addition to illuminating the Earth, humans need sunlight as one source of energy. Sunlight also proves good for bone growth and development and is needed for the survival of living things.

Sunlight does provide many benefits for humans, but sunlight can also adversely affect the health of the body, especially the outer body such as skin . For example, ultraviolet light is one type of sunlight.

These positive and negative effects of ultraviolet light prove that you must protect the body from exposure to ultraviolet light. Moreover, the current weather is always hot.
